If Popper Pro blocks your access, loses your place, fails to send a link, or behaves confusingly, send the details to the alpha owner.
Contact
Email hello@popperlabs.com with the email address you used for Popper Pro, the page where the problem happened, and what you expected to happen.
Common Fixes
- If you requested access, wait for the approval email before requesting another sign-in link.
- If a magic link opens but does not sign you in, press the confirmation page's Continue button from the same browser.
- If a workspace looks empty after sign-in, refresh once and check the avatar menu for the selected workspace.
- If the product is stuck while replying, avoid resubmitting many times; send the mission or thread context to support.
Security Or Privacy
Report suspected security or privacy issues privately. Include only the minimum information needed to reproduce the issue, and do not send another user's private workspace content.
